Diverse Counseling Solutions

"Self-Discipline is remaining loyal to what we said we were going to do, long after the mood we said it in has left us."

At Diverse Counseling Solutions, I believe that a person’s mental and emotional health can be improved through counseling, and I strive to help people to become their best selves. My approach to counseling is evidence-based, meaning that I use scientifically backed techniques to help my clients. I teach clients Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other Trauma-Informed treatment modalities, among other treatment modalities. My goal is to help clients find the joy and peace they deserve by helping them gain insight and understanding into their thoughts and emotions.
